United StatesSo far so good. I am starting to lift more in my workouts. I had a personal best in the leg press and the bicep curl. It must be the ATP. I haven't changed my workouts or my eating habits. I leg I pressed 825 lbs. yesterday for the first time (I am 68 years old). I take 2 tablets most days and 3 on my heavy lift days. On my off days I only take one tablet. I plan to continue with this product.
United StatesI definitely increased my strength in a few key areas. Mainly my Bench press has gone up a few reps in my volume training, bringing my 1 rep max up to 300lbs. All my volume sets are either increasing in reps or increasing in weight for same reps as the previous lighter weight was. Need another bottle to really gauge this stuff better!

United StatesThis is an amazing product for those who are not a fan of taking creatine powders or those who have adverse side effects while taking certain creatine products. Overall body mass composition is improved when taking with adequate protein and training. There are several ways you can take this product. Number one would be four pills a day for 10 days, then two on days you lift. Another method I would use during contest training I would take 3 a day. Always before the gym with a meal or meal replacement shake.
United StatesThere is a noticeable considerable difference of performance output on the days I take BIO ATP before my weight training sessions. I take 3 capsules on upper body days and 2 capsules on leg/core days. I highly recommend this product because it makes a difference in my ability get to the next level in my training sessions, and there is nothing that compares to this out there available for purchase.
